We are excited to have
Executive Sous Chef Chris Bailey
from Vic’s Steakhouse & Bar
kicking off our Meet the Chef season for
us on Monday September 29th.

Chris Bailey is the newly
appointed Executive Sous Chef at the
Harbour Towers Hotel & Suites. He is
very new to Victoria, recently moving
out west from Edmonton, Alberta.
Chris has been with
Silverbirch Hotels and Resorts for many
years where he held three important
positions - Executive Chef at the Red
Deer Lodge, Executive Chef at the Ramada
Edmonton and most recently the Director
of Bars & Outlets at the Ramada
Edmonton.
With well
over 20 years of culinary experience and
a passion for great food Chris is now
set to make Vic’s Steakhouse & Bar the
leading steakhouse in the city.
Chris’ menu will be paired with a tea
drink from the tea experts at Silk
Road Tea.
We will also have special
product demos taking place with our
expert Muffet & Louisa staff.
Tickets are $25.00 in advance only.
Space is limited to 35 guests. So

All guests will receive a $10 gift
certificate that they can use that night
